Founder’s Message

Rajeev Kukreja is an entrepreneur and educationist whose professional journey reflects a deep commitment to education, institutional excellence and the development of young minds.

He completed his engineering from BITS and his MBA from FMS Delhi, beginning his career with leading corporate names like L&T and Godrej.

A pioneer in organised competitive exam prep in Uttarakhand, he led T.I.M.E. across the state for two decades—helping thousands of students get into top business schools like the IIMs and secure respected government and banking positions. Over the years, he has also built campus training partnerships with leading institutions, including IIT Roorkee, Pantnagar University, UPES Dehradun, and NIT Srinagar, alongside managing Aptech centers in Western UP.

An interesting fact ! The inspiration for Compass Doon came from a personal experience. When his own sons prepared for the Rashtriya Indian Military College (RIMC) entrance examination, Rajeev recognised a significant gap in structured, professional coaching for young children aspiring to enter prestigious military schools. This realisation led to the launch of Compass Doon — an institution envisioned to bring professional, systematic and child-centric coaching to young aspirants preparing for RIMC, Rashtriya Military Schools and Sainik Schools.

At his core, his real passion is being in the classroom: teaching, solving problems with students, and providing honest, genuine counseling to help families make the right academic decisions. He strongly believes that education requires a personal touch, which is why he makes sure he is always directly accessible to every student and parent, ensuring no concern goes unheard.
