INTERVIEW BATCHES FOR RIMC , RMS & UP SAINIK SCHOOLS
The Selection process of the above schools include an Interview after shortlisting in
the Written Exams. The weightage of the Interview vary from 20 to 50 marks. Due
importance to be given to this round to ensure a final selection.
What is tested in the Interview:
The interview panel generally probes on the following, amongst many others:
1. The intent of the child to join the Defense Schools.
2. The Personality traits
3. The ability to adapt , to be a good team member
4. The family values , ethics and principal
5. The Contexual awareness
How Do We Prepare :
We have an unmatched track record in preparing the young pupils for the Interview
round. The sessions are conducted offline as well as online.
Our module prepares them for the content , communication and approach to crack
the interview successfully. The mentors and interview panelists are drawn from
academia , army and public services having expertise and experience in the specific
interview process of RIMC, RMS & UP Sainik Schools.
