Admission for girls

Girls can now apply to all Sainik Schools.

Girls students would now have an opportunity to study in Sainik Schools, one of India’s finest Boarding Schools.

Girl students will be selected based on their performance in the entrance exam followed by a medical exam to offer admission in given Sainik schools. Entry points shall be in class 6.

BREAKING NEWS

Now Girls shall apply to RIMC & RMS as well👏👏

  1. RIMC to now allow girl candidates to apply beginning from the June 2022 exam. Additional 5 seats for the girl students. Intake goes from 25 to 30.
  2. RMS to allow girl candidates to apply for the upcoming academic session 2022-23. 10% of the seats for girl students, first to begin with class 6.

Girls Admission in Military School
  • Besides Sainik Schools for which there shall be a common entrance exam, girls can also apply to UP Sainik School (Captain Manoj Pandey Sainik School, Lucknow). Admission is taken in class 9 only, through a separate entrance exam.
  • Another school which is recommended and is being run on similar lines is KITTUR RANI CHANNAMMA SAINIK SCHOOL, in Karnataka. Admission is taken in class 6 only on the basis of an entrance exam.
