We are a close-knit group of teachers based out of Dehradun having years of experience in coaching young students to the entrance exams of these schools. Our ONLINE classes have got a very positive response from students and parents across the country.

We have seen this journey in a twin role of a parent and a teacher. We are aware that a child who is barely 11 year old and attends a regular school needs an innovative and engaging teaching (coaching) to get results.

Divya Dubey

M.A (English) An accomplished teacher and a constant motivational source. Divya has over 20 years of experience in teaching and training students for competitions. Having taught in a leading school of Dehradun, she switched gears to train students for competitive exams. She specializes in teaching ENGLISH to the students and preparing students for the INTERVIEW rounds. She has a huge role in final selections of our students in RIMC, RMS & Sainik Schools.

Rajeev Kukreja

A mentor and a teacher. He has been into the education and training sector for over 2 decades. He brings rich experience and passion for students and parents preparing for the exams. His main focus area was to train students for competitions like CAT & GMAT. His journey in the field of RIMC & Sainik Schools began as his own children wrote the RIMC Exams ! That makes all the difference in COMPASS as we approach every child as a parent.

Rajnish Kumar

(B.Tech , NIT) An Engineering graduate by qualification , Rajnish has over 15 years of experience in training students for various competitions like CAT & BANK exams. He is a master in LOGICAL REASONING section. He uses innovative methods to teach INTELLIGENCE to young pupils preparing for RIMC & Sainik School Exams.

Ravi Raj Kumar

(B.Sc, MATHS) A specialist MATHS Teacher. Ravi has been guiding students on Mathematics since 2017. MATHEMATICS is an important section in all the exams and carries maximum weightage in RIMC, RMS & Sainik School exams. Students and parents love him for his easy approach to the subject.

Nidhi Sharma

An Army officer's wife, Nidhi brings great passion to training young students aspiring to join leading Defence Schools. As an English teacher specializing in the writing section of the RIMC Exam, she skillfully guides students in developing creative ideas and expressing them effectively through writing.

Apoorva Bhandari
