The admission test is held twice a year, hence the eligible child can apply twice a year.

Submission of form	By Post to respective state office.
Important dates	Application process begins: February for the June exam cycle. August for the Dec exam cycle. Last date to apply: 31st March for the June exam cycle. 15th October for the December exam cycle.
Important documents to go with the application form	Photographs of the child. Date of Birth Certificate. Domicile Certificate. School verification certificate. Aadhar Card.
