It is to be noted that each of these exams are different, independent and conducted on different dates.

Descriptive (answers have to be written)

EXAM CONDUCTED

Twice a year – June & December for Class 8

NUMBER OF SUBJECTS

3 (Maths, English Language, General Knowledge)

DURATION

One day (From morning to afternoon, with a lunch break)

*Earlier the exam used to be conducted over 2 days, however since 2020, owing to Pandemic, the exam gets conducted on a single day.

All India Sainik School Exam conducted once a year, on first Sunday of January, for admission to class 6 and class 9 for its 31 schools. These exams are now conducted by National Testing Agency.

RMS –CET, All India Entrance exam for admission in class 6 and class 9 for its 5 schools is conducted ONCE a year in December.
